When you use Diclofenac suppositories, it is not advisable to use more than one in a day. Only if they prove to be insufficient should you increase the dosage to two. Try to empty the bowel in the morning as this is the best time when the urge is strongest then. You can use it long-term because they are not addictive. A few people prefer to use them in the evening after a meal.
