If the child is 12-36 months, choose the suppository that reads 80 mg, and give one dose every 4-6 hours. If it is 6 months to one year old, use the 80 mg suppository once in 6 hours. If they are three to six years old, use the 120 mg suppository once in 4-6 hours. Never give two doses at once ever. In case you give the child an overdose of Acetaminophen suppositories, call the poison center at once at 1-800-22-1222. Abdominal pain, tiredness, and vomiting are the usual symptoms of an overdose. Also, there might be a swelling of the face.

Method of Using the Suppository

When one has pain and inflammation due to osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or acute gout, one can use diclofenac.
